Flower Donation Questions

  • We only accept fresh flowers and greenery.  We cannot accept artificial or silk flowers.

Flowers must have at least a 12-14-inch stem as we recut the flowers to use in our bouquets.

  • We accept small vases as many of our clients do not have room for a large vase.  We accept vases 6-8” tall.  Smaller vases, mason jars are generally the correct size.  We do not accept baskets.  If you are interested in a vase donation you may drop your vases off to our location at 9849 Manchester Road, Ste. 2, Rock Hill, MO 63119, in the bin outside our space.  You may also purchase vases from our Amazon Wishlist and have them sent to our location.

  • If you are interested in donating flowers from your wedding or event, we would be happy to pick them up the day following your wedding for a nominal donation.  You may always have your wedding planner, florist or family member or friend drop them off to our location as well. These donations help to cover expenses, transport and delivery.

In addition, we ask that you provide at least one months’ notice so that we can make the proper arrangements for pick up.  The more advance notice the better.  If you are interested in donating flowers to us, please fill out the form.

  • Once you have completed the form regarding your floral donation, we will work to confirm the details of pickup or delivery.  Our volunteers will then pick up the arrangements the day after your event or you can have the arrangements delivered to our location. Once the flowers are received, we will recut them and arrange them into our vases and deliver to those in need.

  • We cannot deliver to specific individuals but if there is an organization or facility you would like your flowers donated to please let us know and we can try and accommodate.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we cannot pick up your floral donation, however if you would like transport them to our location, we would be happy to accept your floral donation.
