Our volunteers come from variety of skill sets. They are the soil for our growing garden. They help us bloom by creating our bouquets, bringing joy to our deliveries. We are always in need of volunteers with basic office skills as we continue to grow.

Release & Waiver

The Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Release”) executed in favor of Joy Petalers, a nonprofit organization, and its directors, officers, employees and agents. The Volunteer agrees to work as a volunteer for Joy Petalers and engage in the activities related to being a volunteer for Joy Petalers. (the “Activities”) The Volunteer agrees to execute this Release under the following terms: 1. Release and Waiver. The Volunteer does release and hold harmless Joy Petalers from any and all liability, claims and demands that arise from Volunteer’s Activities with Joy Petalers. 2. Medical Treatment. The Volunteer does release and forever discharge Joy Petalers from any claim whatsoever which arises or may arise on account of any first aid, treatment or service rendered in connection with the Volunteer’s Activities with Joy Petalers. 3. Assumption of the Risk. The Volunteer understands that the Activities may involve some risk to the Volunteer such as transportation to and from work sites. The Volunteer assumes the risk of injury or harm in the Activities and releases Joy Petalers from all liability for injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from the Activities. 4. Insurance. The Volunteer understands that Joy Petalers does not carry or maintain health, medical or disability insurance coverage for any Volunteer. 5. Photographic Release. The Volunteer does grant and convey Joy Petaler all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Joy Petalers. 6. Other. Volunbteer expressly agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State of Missouri and that this release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Volunteer has executed this release as of the day and year first above written.
